How do you handle changes to the project?
For large planting projects, we can accommodate changes prior to purchasing materials. However, if changes are requested after materials have been acquired, an additional charge may be necessary to cover the costs.
What permits are required, and who will obtain them?
Certain large tree removals may require permits. Our company will obtain these permits on your behalf. We typically charge a nominal fee, usually less than $100, to acquire the necessary permits.
How do you handle weather delays?
In the event of inclement weather that prevents us from safely completing the work, we will postpone the service and reschedule for a more suitable day when weather conditions improve.
